MEDICATIONS AT SCHOOL

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION
All prescription medications must be accompanied by a doctor’s authorization indicating dosage and reason for the medication.

The medication must be in the original labeled bottle from the pharmacy.

OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATION

The following OTC medications will be available to students:

Advil – Tylenol – Benadryl – Antacid –

Aleve – Throat Lozenge

Only the medications checked off by the parent on a form signed by both parent and physician will be available to your child when necessary.
