to the GA Health Office Online
 The
role of the GA Health Office is to serve as a resource for student
health concerns providing support and comfort as needed. This may
range from advising a 10 minute rest for a tummy-ache, administering
Tylenol for the occasional headache to contacting a parent to pick
up a child who has taken ill. This office's goal is for students to
maintain optimal health in order to achieve their full potential in
all areas of academics, sports and the arts. The GA Health Office does not serve as a clinic
where students can receive diagnoses of illnesses or injuries. In
those instances, your child should be seen by a physician. The office does respond to medical emergencies, administer first aid for injuries that occur at school and provide treatment for acute illnesses. If your child has any health problems that might affect her participation in school activities please let the GA Health Office know!
